Introvert Extrovert is an examination of the psychology of personality in with the mission of helping people better understand themselves and each other, with the ultimate goal of self actualization and personal growth. Family, relationships, friendships and the absurdity of the human condition are forefront while different personality tests such as Myers Briggs are referenced from many philosophy points of view.

This is a heavy episode as Johnny struggles to get through in describing what is something very personal to him.  Narcissism and codependency go together like magnets and can form some of the most interesting and destructive relationships that can be.  Listen as either you or someone you know might be stuck in the never ending dance of a codependent relationship and what can be done about it.  It's not all sad though as Johnny gives out some great points on finding a road to treating yourself well, self actualization, and true happiness and contentment.
