Introvert Extrovert is an examination of the psychology of personality in with the mission of helping people better understand themselves and each other, with the ultimate goal of self actualization and personal growth. Family, relationships, friendships and the absurdity of the human condition are forefront while different personality tests such as Myers Briggs are referenced from many philosophy points of view.

Being authentic is a hot issue with millennials.  Be more authentic, don't hide behind someone you're not.  But the question is where is the line and is it always helpful to the community to be your true self?  

 

Some introverts find that being authentic is tough because it causes friction from the extraverts in their life. Others feel that they have to hide behind a shield from fear that others will see the truth inside.  Either way there's scenarios in life where we should strive to be more authentic and honest, and times when we should keep from defining ourselves too much.

Body language accounts for a large portion of how we communicate, whether we realize it or not.  The actual words that we are saying when talking in person have less impact than our tone and body language, and learning how to read it can be very powerful.
