Al and Johnny sit down after a lot of changes and events in their respective lives have happened in only a couple of weeks and get things off their chests. They talk about events and how their current projects are going as well as current topics that they are interested in.

Despite being described as a single spectrum, there is a wide variety of introverts and extroverts. Al and Johnny did a little bit of internet research and found 4 different sub categories of both introverts and extroverts. The guys talk about what sub genre they identify with and what all the types are.

Al has to go to Emergency Psychiatric Services for anxiety and is held for the weekend for observation. This is part 1 his story.

Introverts and Extraverts learn in different ways, but even with plenty of knowledge on learning theory modern techniques are still behind the curve of technology.

Extraverts and Introverts can make great leaders but both sides of the spectrum have natural tendencies that need to be addressed to make a fully rounded person in a leadership role.
